A Thrilling Surprise Engagement in Pensacola, FL

As a Pensacola, Florida photographer, I have had the pleasure of witnessing countless new beginnings - and capturing them in all their glory. However, when couples decide to step out of the ordinary and include me in their plans, I know I’m in for a treat! This was the case with Ethan and Kim’s surprise engagement in Pensacola Beach, FL, where I had to dress up as a boat photographer! 

Ethan called me months in advance to plan his Pensacola Beach proposal. His friend is a charter captain so it was the perfect place to have all their friends gather and give me the ability to dress up and act as a boat photographer for the charter company. We sailed to Ft. McRee where we started to take photos of everyone present still under the disguise that these photos were for the charter companies marketing. I positioned Kim to be right in front of Ethan with her back turned, and as soon as she saw him, her mouth was left ajar. 

The surprises didn’t finish here! Once we were done with our adventures on the sea, this Pensacola Beach, Florida engagement continued by the beach, where all of Ethan & Kim’s friends & family were waiting for them to celebrate this joyous occasion. Even Kim’s parents flew in to congratulate her on her engagement in Pensacola, FL! Kim couldn’t compose herself from all of the excitement! It’s safe to say that this is one of the best surprise proposals I have ever been a part of!
